What happens during these 6 weeks?
With the Mementum App you will be learning about your memory and what is affecting your attention and causing cognitive symptoms.
In the App you will learn, self-assess your progress and reflect on your thoughts and actions, and how they might affect your memory.

The App will give you tools and exercises, alongside real examples from other patients, to help you re-focus your attention in the tasks and generate more helpful thoughts and actions.
With time you will regain control of your cognitive symptoms and confidence in your brain.
